The Goliad Road project transforms an existing church campus into a vibrant community hub that blends housing, public space, and essential services. Guided by community feedback, the plan introduces 38 new housing units, a central green space with water and play features, and a community building with local retail.

By preserving key existing structures and adding flexible, inclusive spaces, the design fosters intergenerational connection, celebrates neighborhood identity, and promotes wellness while ensuring long-term sustainability and cultural stewardship.
